Had a great experience working with Dan! Amazing customer service, designer advice/guidance, and a plethora of options beyond what you see in the store. We purchased all the lighting for our home here and couldn't be happier! Highly recommend Dan. We spent two weekend days here and appreciate all the time he spent with us! We live over an hour away from the store but the drive is very worth it!

Dan is fantastic. He helped us with all our lighting in our Mammoth house (in 2008) and was a pleasure to work with. Since then, no matter how small the request, Dan has been great to work with. you would need 10 stars to rate their customer service. It's truly exceptional!
Hands down the best lighting shop in Ventura County! Customer service is top notch. In particular, Dan was beyond helpful. Upon moving in, we needed every light fixture in the house replaced. Not only did he come out to the house to get a better feel for what we were looking for, we spent many hours looking through books trying to find "the piece". He was so patient and knowledgeable. I would describe something I liked in very non-designer verbage and he would run to the books and pull out exactly what I was describing. When we were considering a large item, with a big price tag, he was encouraging, but not in the least bit pushy. And, he was spot on, once the light went up, it made the room, if not the house. Lastly, one of our ceiling fans we purchased was not working properly. Without any questions, after it was checked and adjusted by the recommended electrician who installed it, it was replaced, no questions asked.
